Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise software solutions aligned with business goals
- Lead ServiceNow development including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and platform customization
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations
- Perform debugging, object modeling, and UI customization within the ServiceNow platform
- Independently resolve complex technical issues and proactively address technical debt
- Ensure software stability, scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, product managers, and business leaders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural and technical discussions
- Promote best practices in coding standards, testing methodologies, and DevOps processes
- Participate in Agile-based project delivery including Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall environments
- Strong hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform
- Proficiency in JavaScript and platform scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
- Solid understanding of software development patterns and enterprise architecture principles
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level applications
- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, JIRA, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with additional programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or Blazor
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Experience with testing methodologies such as TDD or BDD
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
- Self-starter capable of working independently while contributing to team success
