Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise software solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead ServiceNow development including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and platform customization
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations
• Perform debugging, object modeling, and UI customization within the ServiceNow platform
• Independently resolve complex technical issues and proactively address technical debt
• Ensure software stability, scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, product managers, and business leaders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural and technical discussions
• Promote best practices in coding standards, testing methodologies, and DevOps processes
• Participate in Agile-based project delivery including Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall environments
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in JavaScript and platform scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
• Solid understanding of software development patterns and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level applications
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, JIRA, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  
  

Desired Attributes:

• Experience with additional programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or Blazor
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Experience with testing methodologies such as TDD or BDD
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
