What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Network Broadcast Engineer position at Addison Group?
Title: Senior Network Broadcast Engineer
Location: Bedford, TX
Pay Range: $140-160k

Addison Group is looking to add a Senior Broadcast Network Engineer to our team. This is a new position with an addition to our team. Right now, we have broadcast and corporate under the same network and we have been given about 1 year to split those networks into 2 separate functions. This person will be the bridge between the broadcast and the corporate team, so the ability to speak both languages is important. As for a split on experience, this is pretty much 50%-50%, given each team has their own engineers, so there can be some help lent by those individuals on either side. We will have anywhere from 45-50 application streams and SRTs going on at any point, so this person will need to be able to boots on the ground assist should they encounter any issues. Azure and O365 are a huge plus as we are working towards a heavier cloud environment. We are continuing to expand this team and looking for someone to hit the ground running in this role.

Top Skills:
- 5 years as a network or broadcast engineer in this type of space
- heavy experience working in Fortinet along with either Arista or Juniper
- JNCIP, CCNP or CCNA, would like to have one of 3. if not, will still look at a good candidate
- Azure or O365
- previous experience within the industry goes a long way
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
