The Senior HRIS Analyst will support both the technical configuration and functional optimization of the company’s HCM system. This role is evenly split between day-to-day system support and larger enhancement initiatives. A strong focus will be placed on Recruiting/ATS functionality, Talent Review, Succession Planning, reporting, and system security. This position begins with onsite training (5 days per week), then transitions to a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for Recruiting/ATS, Talent Review, and Succession Planning modules
- Manage system configuration updates, enhancements, and workflow improvements
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher
- Modify and create Fast Formulas to support business needs
- Maintain system security roles and user access controls
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system discrepancies
- Support UI modernization and system transformation initiatives
- Partner with HR, IT, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver system solutions
- Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validation, and quality checks
- 5 years of HRIS experience
- Strong hands-on experience within the Recruiting/ATS module of an HCM platform
- Advanced SQL query writing experience
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools
- Fast Formula configuration experience
- Proven background in HRIS configuration and system optimization
- Working knowledge of HR system security and database structures
- Experience with Oracle HCM strongly preferred (other HCM platforms considered)
- Manufacturing or high-hourly workforce experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
