Overview

We are seeking a SAP FICO Analyst with a strong emphasis on Controlling (CO) and cost accounting to support and optimize a SAP S/4HANA environment. This role partners directly with finance and cost accounting teams to ensure accurate costing, reporting, and financial process alignment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior SAP CO professional — or a strong Cost Accountant who is a heavy SAP CO super user — who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO with strong emphasis on CO
• Support cost center accounting, product costing, and internal orders
• Ensure proper integration between FI, CO, PP, MM, and SD
• Partner closely with finance and cost accounting teams
• Drive process improvements and system optimization
• Support testing, documentation, and ongoing system stability
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8 years of SAP FI/CO experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Controlling (CO)
• Deep understanding of costing and financial value flow
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working within a small team
