Job Title: Pre-Registration Specialist

Compensation: $15 – $20 / hour

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare organization to hire Pre-Registration Specialists. In this role, you’ll support patients prior to their visits by assisting with financial and insurance-related processes, while delivering excellent customer service in a high-volume call environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact patients by phone to review estimated healthcare costs and financial obligations
• Collect payments and arrange payment plans when applicable
• Confirm and validate insurance coverage and eligibility details
• Gather and document required patient information and authorizations
• Respond to inbound patient inquiries related to billing and registration
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and platforms
• Provide clear, professional communication while ensuring a positive patient experience
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare registration, billing, or patient access preferred
• Familiarity with insurance verification, patient estimates, or collections processes
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional and courteous phone presence
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
