This role plays a critical part in ensuring the facility is fully prepared to support production demands while maintaining compliance with AS9100 quality standards, ITAR requirements, OSHA regulations, and applicable environmental guidelines. This position will oversee a small maintenance team and manage third party contractors. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who prioritizes equipment uptime, facility reliability, and maintaining a constant state of audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilities and Infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, plumbing, lighting, and overall building infrastructure
- Ensure facility conditions consistently support production requirements and controlled manufacturing environments
- Maintain and drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs utilizing CMMS or similar systems
- Respond quickly to facility or equipment issues to minimize operational downtime
- Lead and prioritize daily activities for a small maintenance team of 1 to 3 employees
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and repair support as needed
- Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely execution
