Job Title: In-House Corporate Contract Attorney

Location: Las Vegas or Remote

Pay: $190,000-210,000

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 4 years of experience in healthcare law and/or corporate/commercial contracting (in-house or law firm)
• Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex contracts end-to-end
• Strong understanding of core commercial contract terms, including indemnification, limitation of liability, termination, regulatory representations, and data use
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate legal concepts into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders
• Direct experience with payer/provider contracting
• Familiarity with MSO and PC-MSO structures
• Meaningful experience drafting and negotiating HIPAA/BAA agreements
• Background supporting multi-state healthcare providers or regulated services platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on:
• Healthcare provider and payer-related agreements
• MSO and PC-MSO structured relationships, including management services agreements and supporting schedules/SOWs
• HIPAA-regulated contracts, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
• Partner closely with operations, provider relations, compliance, finance, and leadership to structure business-forward, compliant deals
• Provide clear, practical guidance on contract interpretation, risk allocation, obligations, and dispute avoidance
• Advise on healthcare regulatory considerations tied to contracting, including HIPAA, Stark/AKS, Medicare/Medicaid, and applicable state rules
• Support the development and refinement of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting workflows
