Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business goals
- Design and enhance compensation structures, incentive plans, and total rewards programs
- Lead performance management initiatives and support leadership with coaching and development strategies
- Evaluate team effectiveness and recommend improvements to organizational structure and productivity
- Develop and implement talent programs including career pathing, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards) to build high-performing teams
- Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR programs
- Support organizational change initiatives and help guide teams through growth and transformation
- Address employee relations matters, including investigations and performance concerns, with professionalism and discretion
- Mentor and support HR team members while contributing to overall HR process improvements
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnership
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders
- Strong experience in performance management, compensation strategy, and organizational development
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience building or improving HR programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools

- Hybrid schedule: remote Mondays & Fridays, onsite Tuesday–Thursday
