Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established healthcare organization seeking an HR Operations Advisor to support day-to-day human resources functions and employee support activities. This role acts as a resource for staff and leadership regarding HR programs, employee information, and internal processes. The position requires someone who can manage inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
This individual will contribute to maintaining HR data integrity, assisting with employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring employees receive timely responses to HR-related questions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees and managers seeking clarification on HR programs, benefits, and internal procedures.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and updating personnel information within HR systems.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries through internal ticketing systems, email, and phone communication.
- Support various stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding documentation, status changes, and internal transitions.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent handling of employee requests and policy guidance.
- Identify recurring employee questions and help improve internal resources or documentation to increase efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive HR matters.
- Participate in HR process improvements and administrative initiatives that enhance employee support services.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources, employee support services, or HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
- Effective communication skills and professional written correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Comfort navigating HRIS platforms or internal workforce systems
- Experience working in a structured or large organizational environment preferred
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
