HR Generalist

Position Title: HR Generalist (Contract)

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Assignment Type: Contract (March – June maternity leave coverage)

Compensation: $25–30/hour

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8:00am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)

On-Site or Hybrid: Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

An Addison Group client is looking for an HR Generalist (Contract)!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide HR Generalist-level support during maternity leave coverage from March through June
• Coach managers on performance management, including drafting and delivering Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in alignment with company processes
• Generate HR documentation and respond to employee and manager HR-related inquiries
• Support the rollout of an employee engagement survey launching in April
• Assist with a job architecture project by reviewing job descriptions, aligning titles, and ensuring job levels are consistent across the organization
• Partner with HR team members to ensure seamless HR support while key team members are out on leave
• Operate independently and step into an active HR environment with minimal supervision
  
  

Requirements:

• 2 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
• Experience with performance management and coaching managers on PIPs
• Experience drafting HR documentation and responding to employee relations inquiries
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS system preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
