An Addison Group client is looking for an HR Generalist (Contract)!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Generalist-level support during maternity leave coverage from March through June
- Coach managers on performance management, including drafting and delivering Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in alignment with company processes
- Generate HR documentation and respond to employee and manager HR-related inquiries
- Support the rollout of an employee engagement survey launching in April
- Assist with a job architecture project by reviewing job descriptions, aligning titles, and ensuring job levels are consistent across the organization
- Partner with HR team members to ensure seamless HR support while key team members are out on leave
- Operate independently and step into an active HR environment with minimal supervision
- 2 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
- Experience with performance management and coaching managers on PIPs
- Experience drafting HR documentation and responding to employee relations inquiries
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS system preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
