Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support a high-volume hiring environment with a strong emphasis on recruiting. This individual will play a key role in coordinating recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried roles while also supporting HR operations and administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts in a professional, industrial, or manufacturing environment required
- Understanding of HR compliance and employment laws
- Experience with audits including I-9 and workers’ compensation documentation
- Experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems
- Strong reporting and data tracking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communications across multiple open roles
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and employees
- Assist with employee inquiries and day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and internal procedures
- Support audits including I-9 verification, workers’ compensation documentation, and reporting
- Generate and maintain reports related to recruiting and HR metrics
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks
