Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support total rewards and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus heavily on administrative HR functions including payroll updates, benefits coordination, and employee data management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a high-volume, service-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary contact for employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and system access coordination
- Maintain and update employee records within HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with payroll changes such as deductions, updates, and adjustments
- Support benefits administration including enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee questions
- Track and assist with leave of absence processes including FMLA and other leave types
- Generate reports and assist with audits and compliance-related activities
- Coordinate credentialing requirements and ensure documentation is up to date
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with HR-related projects as needed
- 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or a related administrative role
- Exposure to total rewards functions including compensation, payroll, or benefits
- Working knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations (FMLA, COBRA, ACA)
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (such as Workday, ADP, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
