What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Specialist position at Addison Group?
Location (city, state): 5 days onsite in Two Harbors, Minnesota
Compensation: $30-35hr. W2
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Customer facing – excellent soft skills
- Desktop Support skills (Microsoft/O365, PC’s, Wise Terminals, very general)
- Basic Networking and Infrastructure Support (Route/Switch)
- Experience partnering with 3rd party software vendors.
Preferred:
- SCCM
- VMWARE
- Azure AD or Intune
