Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Communication
- Manage a dynamic calendar, prioritize commitments, and ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Exercise strong judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Draft, edit, and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Manage email and communication flow on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain organized filing systems, documents, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and action-item follow-up.
- Support logistics for executive-level meetings, organizational events, and engagements.
- Arrange complex and frequently changing domestic travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel aligns with CEO preferences and business needs.
- Assist with special projects and executive initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track action items, and support resource coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years supporting C-level leaders or senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools.
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred
