Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ambitious & Motivated Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO. Based in Fort Worth, TX, the role involves providing comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, organizing diaries, and handling administrative tasks. The Assistant will play a crucial role in enabling the CEO to function efficiently by managing day-to-day operations, setting priorities, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Travel may be required with CEO.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively.
- Experience in Expense Reports and Diary Management, ensuring timely and accurate handling of schedules and financial documentation.
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills to support organizational tasks and day-to-day operations.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and online scheduling platforms.
- Planning events and conference attendance.
- Booking and outreach for additional speaking and attendance arrangements.
- Managing Purchases and travel for the company and CEO.
- Previous experience in healthcare, clinical research, or business development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Marketing experience is preferred.
