You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution while driving operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Role Overview
- Lead team operations with a strong focus on safety compliance (OSHA, MSHA, and Atlas policies).
- Collaborate with external engineering firms to design new electrical equipment.
- Travel to vendor sites for audits, meetings, and design/construction oversight.
- Review, redline, and update electrical schematics, one-lines, E-house layouts, and drawings.
- Supervise field electricians on daily tasks such as inspections, PMs, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Review and approve timesheets, vacation requests, POs, and invoices.
- Attend required training and certification courses.
- Manage and report on both OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Critical Skills / Technologies
- Must hold active certifications: OSHA 30, Journeyman or Master Electrician.
- High Voltage experience with Transformers
- Experience with Conveyor belts
- Working in plant/manufacturing industrial background
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (plant-based preferred, not construction-only).
- Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience in industrial electrical settings.
- Salary: $140,000 10% bonus
