Job Title: Litigation Counsel
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $230,000 - $290,000

Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Arizona State Bar membership in good standing
- 5-7 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in personal injury, commercial litigation, or other civil litigation practice areas preferred
- Exposure to motion practice, discovery, and case preparation
- Experience with mediation, arbitration, or trial preparation is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior attorneys in managing civil litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda related to litigation strategy, legal issues, and case evaluation
- Support motion practice, including drafting pleadings, motions, responses, and other court filings
- Assist with discovery, including drafting written discovery, reviewing document productions, and preparing discovery responses
- Participate in case strategy discussions and assist in preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties involved in litigation
- Assist with case evaluation and factual investigations
- Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines in accordance with court rules and firm procedures
