Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (40-hour work week)

Compensation: $50,000 to $53,000 annually

Job Description

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Client Intake Assistant to support a growing legal team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays an important part in delivering a seamless intake experience. The position focuses on evaluating incoming inquiries, collecting key details, and coordinating consultations while maintaining accurate data and supporting internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new inquiries via phone and email
• Assess and qualify incoming leads to determine alignment with services offered
• Collect and document relevant client and case information
• Coordinate and schedule consultations and discovery call
• Conduct initial conflict checks to support intake decisions
• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist with tracking team performance metrics and reporting
• Support ongoing system updates and user management within the CRM
• Provide basic training and support to team members on internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve intake processes and conversion efforts

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
• 1 years of experience in an administrative or related office role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
