Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated Business Analyst supporting projects related to a workflow automation platform
• Work closely with business units to document current-state processes and design future-state solutions
• Translate business requirements into detailed workflow designs for development teams
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, asking detailed questions to ensure accurate solutioning
• Build and implement workflow applications using no-code automation and RPA tools
• Analyze business problems and propose conceptual technical solutions
• Develop workflow applications to automate and streamline business processes
• Create intuitive user forms and dashboards
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users throughout the development lifecycle, including testing and troubleshooting
• Provide end-user support and resolve workflow-related issues
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity
• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Help reduce project delays through effective solution design and process improvement
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of business process design, workflow design, or business consulting experience
• Minimum of 3 years of U.S.-based work experience
• Strong experience mapping and documenting workflows and business processes
• Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries and understanding tables, joins, and functions
• Understanding of basic software development concepts such as data types, variables, iteration, and exception handling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Ability to manage priorities, set goals, and meet project deadlines
