Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated Business Analyst supporting projects related to a workflow automation platform
- Work closely with business units to document current-state processes and design future-state solutions
- Translate business requirements into detailed workflow designs for development teams
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, asking detailed questions to ensure accurate solutioning
- Build and implement workflow applications using no-code automation and RPA tools
- Analyze business problems and propose conceptual technical solutions
- Develop workflow applications to automate and streamline business processes
- Create intuitive user forms and dashboards
- Collaborate with technical teams and business users throughout the development lifecycle, including testing and troubleshooting
- Provide end-user support and resolve workflow-related issues
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity
- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Help reduce project delays through effective solution design and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of business process design, workflow design, or business consulting experience
- Minimum of 3 years of U.S.-based work experience
- Strong experience mapping and documenting workflows and business processes
- Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries and understanding tables, joins, and functions
- Understanding of basic software development concepts such as data types, variables, iteration, and exception handling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Ability to manage priorities, set goals, and meet project deadlines
- Experience with workflow automation or no-code platforms
- Experience designing workflows using tools such as Visio
- Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and committed to long-term contribution and team success
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: Proficiency in at least one programming language
