- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism and clarity
- Make occasional outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide updates
- Respond to emails from agents regarding services, policies, and account information
- Handle a daily workload of approximately 100 interactions (calls/emails combined)
- Accurately document account updates and interactions within internal systems
- Support agents with troubleshooting needs or system navigation assistance
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Stay informed about client products, services, and updates
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role (call center or similar environment)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
