This position is responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks including client check printing, document preparation and scanning, report generation, mailing processes, and front desk support. The role mainly consists of scanning and check printing clerk duties.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while handling confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. Cross-training opportunities are available to support indexing, financial specialists, and receptionist duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Payment & Reporting Functions
- Process client payments and print client checks
- Generate reports and registers
- Sort and match EORs (Explanation of Review) to checks
- Forward completed documents to indexers and financial specialists
- Sort documents by client and prepare batches for scanning
- Scan documents into the document management system
- Index documents to the appropriate claims
- Maintain and organize document storage systems
- Prepare and mail checks and EORs
- Provide front desk and receptionist coverage as needed
- Assist with filing and general office duties
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Word
- Excel
- Outlook
- Experience using PDF software
- Strong alpha-numeric data entry skills
- Medical billing knowledge is beneficial, but not required
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Dependable attendance and professionalism
- Primarily a seated/desk position
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, or pulling may be required
- May occasionally lift lightweight materials or equipment up to 50 lbs.
