Title: Entry Level Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Gilberts, IL

Compensation: $24 - $26/ Hourly depending on relevant experience

Assignment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Post and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) to appropriate accounts
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on past-due invoices
• Assist with collections efforts through email and phone communication
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Must Have)
• Tech-savvy!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
