The Ada County Sheriff\'s Office Alternative Sentencing team is looking for someone who wants more than a typical administrative position. As an**Alternative Sentencing Technician**, you\'ll be one of the first people individuals encounter after being sentenced by the court. Your professionalism, organization, and customer service help people successfully begin programs that provide alternatives to incarceration while supporting public safety throughout Ada County. - Welcome participants and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Coordinate appointments for Alternative Sentencing programs.
- Process court commitments and legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidential electronic records and case files.
- Process program fees and assist participants with questions.
- Help participants understand program expectations and connect them with the resources they need to be successful.
- Serve as a liaison between the courts, law enforcement, and community partners.
- Answer questions from the public while providing exceptional customer service.
