Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Minimum Qualifications
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Construction, roofing, or contractor office experience preferred
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations, accounting functions, customer service, and sales support activities in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities include invoicing, accounts receivable collections, reconciling bank and credit card statements, processing vendor payments, auditing invoices, job costing support, inventory tracking, and maintaining accounting records in QuickBooks Pro. This role also assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, customer support, office organization, referral tracking, and general administrative duties.
