$50-$62K | Full-time | Monday–Friday | No nights or weekends!
About the Role
Join a dedicated team focused on preparing students for real-world careers! As a CTE Instructor, you’ll lead and shape an engaging classroom environment, deliver hands-on instruction in your subject area, and help students achieve their full potential in career and technical education.
What You’ll Do
- Teach and assess a CTE subject aligned with district and state goals
- Inspire students through project-based learning and real-world application
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and organized learning environment
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and industry partners
- Support student organizations like SkillsUSA, HOSA, etc.
- Keep up with current trends and best practices in your field
- Participate in school events, planning, and advisory committees
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in the CTE field
- (or) Associate’s degree and 2 years experience
- (or) Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience
- Certified or eligible to be certified in your CTE subject area
- State or nationally recognized certification in the subject area (as approved by FLDOE)
- Passion for helping students succeed and grow in their careers

- Knowledge of current tools, trends, and industry standards in CTE
