An international automotive component manufacturer in Terre Haute, IN area is seeking a Human Resource Manager who is responsible for implementing and nurturing HR strategies that align with company goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee talent development to ensure productive workforce
- Lead recruitment, training and retainment of personnel
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Maintain a safe and respectful workplace
- Manage employ relations and engagement programs to nurture a positive work environment
- Oversee KPIs to measure company performance and reach goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- At least 5 years of HR management or supervisory experience
- Prefer experience working for an industrial manufacturer
- Prefer experience overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
- Strong computer and mathematical skills
- Non-union environment experience preferred
