Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Drives the end-to-end recruiting process, utilizing advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source, screen, and secure top talent.
- Facilitates seamless onboarding and New Hire Orientation sessions that welcome new team members and integrate them into our company culture.
- Manages accurate data within our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and processes payroll with precision and confidentiality.
- Administers comprehensive benefits administration programs, answering employee questions and resolving inquiries quickly.
- Navigates sensitive employee relations matters, applying HR policies fairly and guiding staff toward positive resolutions.
- Coordinates the annual performance management cycle, tracking goals, reviews, and development milestones.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Brings at least two years of hands-on experience in a human resources support or coordination role.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of managing recruiting pipelines and onboarding programs.
Knowledge/Skills
- Possesses deep knowledge of standard HR policies and employment practices.
- Navigates various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with ease.
- Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Manages multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

- Holds a professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Shows direct experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
