Spanish Bilingual Overnight Quality Control Specialist (AR-33663)

Overview:
A growing food manufacturing/distribution company in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a reliable and hardworking Spanish Bilingual Overnight Quality Control Specialist to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production sites, and a strong attention to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Test raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct environmental testing for cleaning and sanitary verifications.
• Perform internal inspections, including GMP walkthroughs, record checks, and audits.
• Follow strict regulatory and internal guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as an active member of the Food Safety Management Team.
• Document, review, and create quality-related reports to maintain traceability and accuracy.
• Perform verification and validation of production processes and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with other employees to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Perform other functions as trained and requested by the QC Manager and Supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboration
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the food industry.
• Proficient of Food Safety, cGMP, and HACCP practices.
• Knowledge and experience with SQF, FDA regulation and FSMA/PCHF
• Strong computer skills (e-mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated with a high level of responsibility.
• Proficiency in English required; Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet).
• English and Spanish (preferred)
