Bilingual Payroll Specialist/Recruiter Assistant (Spanish) | $22-26/hr | Full Time | Temp to Hire | New Brunswick, NJ Our client is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Payroll and Recruiting Administrator to join their team and manage all aspects of payroll processing and talent acquisition. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively serve our diverse workforce and candidate pool. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees while attracting, screening, and onboarding top talent, all while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Responsibilities:Process multi-state payroll, verify timesheets, calculate wages/deductions, and ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.Conduct bilingual (Spanish/English) phone screens, onboarding, new-hire documentation, and employee support.Maintain payroll systems, HRIS, and ATS; generate payroll/recruiting reports; reconcile accounts; support audits.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; complete I-9s, background checks, and oversee EEO/AA adherence.Job Requirements:Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex payroll and HR information.Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and/or recruiting/HR functions.Strong knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, labor laws, and full-cycle recruiting practices.Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paychex, etc.), applicant tracking systems, and advanced Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.ind123
