An international IT company in the Northville, MI area is looking for a Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Representative responsible for maintaining and growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and visit new and existing customers
- Employ strategies to solve customers' needs and issues as it relates to system and network integration
- Met with business partners and vendors to solve customers' needs and issues
- Present and demonstrate company products or services to customers directly
- Negotiate prices and service agreements
- Help coordinate projects for implementation of network infrastructure
- Help troubleshoot customers' systems with engineering team
Requirements:
- Prefer at least an Associate's degree
- Business level Japanese and English language skills
- At least 4 years of related IT sales or engineering experience
- Experience with system integration or project management
- Ability to perform basic IT-related mathematics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
