Civil Engineer (Transportation, Infrastructure, SWPPP) | Hybrid NYC)

We’re hiring a Civil Engineer with 4–9 years of experience to support the design and delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects, including the Second Avenue Subway. This is a hybrid role based in NYC, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact public works in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
🔍 About the Role
You’ll contribute to the design, evaluation, and documentation of civil infrastructure projects. This includes preparing calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, as well as conducting site inspections and technical research. You’ll also support project reporting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with design codes and project goals.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform civil design, evaluations, and engineering calculations
- Prepare drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site inspections and investigations
- Research and review design options for technical and financial impact
- Prepare engineering reports and technical documentation
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 4–9 years of civil design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience with stormwater management, grading, drainage, utility design, and erosion control
- Familiarity with HydroCAD and stormwater systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PE license required; EIT is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $66.00/hr.
