The Site Operations Administrator serves as a trusted partner to the Site Leader and Leadership Team, ensuring seamless day-today operations, coordination of key priorities, and effective communication across the site. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and follow through with professionalism.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, communications, site events, and cross-functional coordination; handling confidential information; supporting budget and vendor processes; and fostering a positive, efficient workplace for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars for Site Leader and leadership team.
- Light EA work
- Assist with Excel presentations and formatting documents.
- Office & Facilities Management:
- Point person when guests arrive – greet and coordinate.
- Order snacks, supplies, and maintain office organization.
- Oversee temporary site setup and support transition to new facility.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Act as the “go-to” person for all site needs.
- Support meetings, events, and onboarding activities.Handle vendor coordination and invoice processing.
✅ Profile & Requirements
- Experience:
- 5 years in administrative or operations roles supporting senior leadership.
- Pharma/manufacturing experience is preferred, but will look at other industries for exceptional candidates.
- Must be flexible, agile, and resilient—able to handle delays and shifting priorities as they build the new manufacturing center.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Skills:
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Strategic thinker, willing to “do whatever it takes.”
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sanford, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
