Job Title: Clinical Site Operations Administrator

The Clinical Site Operations Administrator within the PMO department is responsible for supporting Clinical Project Managers in their administrative tasks to ensure successful study management, including study monitoring. This role also involves delivering BLS solutions to clients, partners, and alliances. There are two paths for experience and growth offered with the Clinical Coordinator Role: Data Management and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Clinical Project Managers.
• Ensure successful study management, including study monitoring.
• Deliver BLS solutions to clients, partners, and alliances.
• Coordinate with pharmaceutical project management teams.
• Engage in data coordination within research settings.

Essential Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical project management coordination.
• Data coordination experience within research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet internal and external demands.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry environment.
• Desire to grow within clinical research.

Work Environment

• This role requires working 100% on-site.

This is a Contract position based out of Sanford, NC.

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sanford,NC.
