Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate site events.
- Prepare and process expense reports; arrange travel as needed.
- Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a positive experience for visitors and employees.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and drive completion
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency
- Coordinate seamlessly across multiple locations, including our construction site
- Ensure facilities are well-organized, fully stocked, and professionally maintained
- Manage vendor relationships, invoices, and payment processing
- 3 years of administrative experience (basic admin support; no payroll or office manager duties).
- Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with Concur preferred (training available if needed).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional communication and discretion with confidential information.
