- 1 year contract to start
- Onsite - hybrid in Princeton, NJ - two days/week
- Pay - $45-$50/hour
- Contracting: Prepare and manage HCP and vendor SOWs in coordination with Legal and Compliance.
- PO/PR Management: Create POs, process invoices, and oversee approval tracking.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor spend vs. budget and reconcile monthly with Finance.
- Veeva Support: Handle submissions, linking, tagging, and MRC routing.
- Meeting Management: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 2 years of project management experience in pharma/biotech, ideally in Medical Affairs or Oncology.
- Experience with cross-functional and global projects; knowledge of congress planning, advisory boards, and Medical Affairs deliverables is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project), and platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
