About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of a large-scale boat storage facility. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience managing complex commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of construction, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, costs, and milestones.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of structural systems and site development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
