PURPOSE: to support the Site FM on all day-to-day facilities activities of the site. Administrative support Customer Service Environmental, Health & Safety [EHS] related procedures & duties Physical Security procedures & duties (including software tools) Responsible for Inventory – monitoring & maintaining. Maintain an organized site all times – clean & always inviting (requires ongoing walk thru) Ongoing office inspections Work with vendors and any other resources to proactively maintain ongoing activities. Represent facilities with business as required. Work ‘in tandem’ with the facilities team as a backup during absences (this may include breaks & lunches). Manage all incoming & outgoing shipping, mail, and distribution. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Able to provide an exceptional level of customer service, both verbally and written Must always follow up on any task, activity, or project. Strong organization skills & ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good attention to detail, retention, and follow-up skills: able to follow and maintain compliance with Amdocs policies and procedures, follow instructions from Site FM, and ask questions where unclear. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and understanding of web browsing. Work independently without regular direct supervision. Recognize when to act within authority and when to defer. Some daily lifting, light cleaning, ongoing organization, and walking are required. Work ‘in office’ Mon – Fri; regular business hours for proper site coverage.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
