6 month contract with option to hire

A minimum of two (2) years of recent and related work experience in IT in a technical role with similar responsibilities.

• The ITS Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting IT initiatives by managing administrative and logistical responsibilities.
• This includes scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation such as plans, reports, and budgets, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication across teams.
• The coordinator helps ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and on budget while serving as a link between technical teams and stakeholders.
• The role will support multiple concurrent projects, including new builds, moves and migrations, and the decommissioning of IT services for both field and in‐office partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, facilitate communication, and maintain project documentation.
2. Track project progress, manage budgets, and prepare status reports for leadership. Coordinate team members, equipment, vendors, and cross‐functional partners to support the design, procurement, delivery, and execution of project systems and services.
3. Obtain and ensure commitment to schedules from necessary team members and vendors.
4. Escalate issues, risks, or conflicts that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Assist in resolving technical issues and removing roadblocks to maintain project momentum .Ensure IT projects adhere to safety, quality and security standards.
6. Work primarily in an office environment, with potential travel to construction sites or remote locations as required by project needs.
7. Perform additional duties as required to support project completions and the mission of the team.
8. Provide regular, scheduled project updates to stakeholders

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in a business environment with project coordination and/or project administration: IT related experience preferred.
• ITIL, CompTIA A , CompTIA Project preferred
• A minimum of two (2) years of recent and related work experience in IT in a technical role with similar responsibilities.
• Previous experience in project management/coordination or operations in an IT environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
