Job Description
Our Client is seeking a dedicated technician to join their team at the Cheyenne, WY worksite. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting customer systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local contact for technical issues.
- Ensure that systems operate properly within controls, sensors, and software.
- Verify field devices utilizing a laptop.
- Travel to client sites to support and troubleshoot systems.
- Work with engineers on the startup and commission of customer systems in the electronic, electrical, and pneumatic space.
- Follow drawing packages and update them as needed.
- Set up workstations with all necessary software.
- Communicate with the project manager regarding project updates and timelines.
- Troubleshoot any issues throughout startup and maintenance.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- 2 years of experience in data center, installation, field service, or service validation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in building automation is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of engineers and technicians.
Work Environment
The worksite is located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The team consists of 1 project manager and 4 technicians, totaling 30 people. Upon going direct, technicians will receive a company truck and cellphone. The role involves frequent communication with project managers and requires updating drawing packages as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $46.00/hr.
