Junior Project Manager
Supports execution of a global ERP program in its final phase before go‑live. Works closely with the Program Manager to coordinate tasks, track progress, and provide clear reporting across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates
- Support meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
- Build and manage dashboards and reports for program visibility
- Analyze data to identify risks, issues, and trends
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Key Requirements
- 3 years in project coordination, PMO, or data analysis
- Strong Smartsheet and Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with dashboards and reporting
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

This is a Contract position based out of Downers Grove, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
