Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description
The Drafting Department is responsible for developing 3D models, construction drawings, and production documentation to support the manufacture of prefabricated construction components. As the Revit Technician develops additional skills and experience, they will take on increased responsibility in areas such as training, drawing review, design support, and troubleshooting. The Revit Technician may also assist other departments as needed or as directed by leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models and construction drawings to support prefabricated construction components.
- Create and maintain production documentation.
- Assist in training, drawing review, design support, and troubleshooting as skills and experience grow.
- Provide support to other departments as required or directed by leadership.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Docs, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet established deadlines.
- Independent operation and productivity despite frequent interruptions.
- Reliable attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Full-time availability with occasional overtime or weekend work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
