Associate Manufacturing

Join our team as an Associate in Manufacturing where you will play a crucial role in a dynamic production environment, supporting development, clinical, and launch activities. This position is fully onsite with a 12-hour dayshift schedule, rotating through the week as needed.

• Perform hands-on operations, including set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare buffers and media according to defined manufacturing procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow GMP documents, SOPs, and MPs with strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Perform and monitor critical processes, with the ability to conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical equipment.
• Perform washroom activities, including cleaning small and large-scale equipment used in production.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Work in a clean room environment, adhering to dress code requirements such as steel toe shoes, full clean room gowning, hairnet, and gloves.
• Initiate quality deviation reports and draft or revise documents, SOPs, and MPs.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
• Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions, equipment logs, and batch records.
• Engage in activities that include rigorous, repetitive work.
• Work around high-pressure systems and occasionally around heavy equipment.
• Be available to work various shifts as dictated by the production schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborate with teams to complete operational tasks and create a positive work environment through interactions with team members.
• Regularly lift up to 35lbs, push and pull objects requiring up to 50lbs of force, and work on your feet for long durations.
• Perform physical movements necessary for daily functions such as bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and standing on portable stairs or ladders up to 6 feet.

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of work experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 months of work experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to take direction well and follow documents and policies at all times.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively within cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with operators, supervisors, and support teams.

• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in a clean room environment.
• Familiarity with GMP practices.

This position is fully onsite, operating on a 12-hour dayshift schedule with rotations including Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role requires working in a clean room environment, wearing specific attire such as steel toe shoes, full clean room gowning, hairnet, and gloves. The workplace is fast-paced and shift-based, requiring dependable execution of tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Holly Springs, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
