About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as the backbone of our operational efficiency by ensuring all infrastructure and production machinery perform at peak capacity. You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement across our facility.
Responsibilities- Execute proactive facility inspections to identify and resolve maintenance needs before they impact production.
- Perform complex repairs on industrial machinery, building systems, and utility infrastructure to ensure operational continuity.
- Diagnose and service HVAC, plumbing, and high-voltage electrical systems to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Lead the execution of preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and improve reliability.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of all repairs and system diagnostics to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and facility safety standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven professional experience in industrial maintenance or a similar technical trade.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including 480V diagnostics.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Technical certification or specialized trade school training.
- Hands-on experience with mill and lathe operations.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automated manufacturing systems.
