Deployment Technician

Urgent Hiring – Immediate Requirement | Onsite Role (W2 with accel bi)

We are looking for a Deployment Technician for a short-term, high-priority project.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite Only)

Interview Mode: In-Person (Local candidates only)

Role Overview:

This role involves supporting large-scale hardware refresh projects, including computer deployments and inventory management. The work will be performed directly at end-user locations, requiring professionalism and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware refresh & deployment (desktops/laptops & peripherals)

• Imaging systems with Windows 11 using SCCM

• Scheduling and coordinating deployments via ServiceNow

• Inventory tracking and updates (HAM Pro)

• Transporting and handling equipment (up to 50 lbs)

• Supporting end users onsite during device replacements

Required Experience (3 years):

• Large-scale deployment projects (1000 devices/year preferred)

• SCCM imaging (Windows 11)

• ServiceNow (including HAM Pro)

• Device refresh, asset tracking, and inventory handling

Good to Have:

• Apple iPhone deployment experience

Additional Info:

• Travel to multiple local sites (transport provided)

• Strong communication & customer-facing skills required

Important Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)

• No OPT candidates

• Must have recent U.S. work experience

• Onsite role – no remote/hybrid option
