Evergreen Deployment Technician: This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.

Evergreen Deployment Technician: This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.
Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:
- transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly),
- imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM,
- scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes,
- reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
- The computer refreshes will take place at each end user s desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
- Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
