Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. This role involves working on large-scale, mission-critical applications, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead solution design, integration strategies, and system architecture
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and integrations
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and define solution approaches
• Ensure readiness for Salesforce seasonal releases and manage impacts
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including QA, product owners, and stakeholders
• Implement AI-driven enhancements within Salesforce solutions
• Enforce architectural standards, governance, and compliance
• Ensure strong security controls and adherence to best practices
Required Experience
✔ 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, solution design)
✔ 5 years of development experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations
✔ 3 years in public sector or highly regulated environments (or equivalent complexity)
✔ 2 years leading technical teams or discovery/design sessions
Important Requirements (Must Read)
• W2 role with Accel BI only
• No H1B sponsorship or visa sponsorship available
• Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization (USC/GC only)
• No OPT candidates
• Must have recent U.S. work experience
• Onsite-only role (no remote or hybrid)
• Local candidates strongly preferred due to in-person interview requirement
