Acara Solutions is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our client on a Direct Hire opportunity located in Dallas, TX 75231.
Salary: Up to $130K/year DOE
Bonus Opportunity: Up to 33.5%

Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise, custom steel joist designs supporting diverse, high-impact construction projects.
- Perform structural design work in accordance with industry standards and company manufacturing processes.
- Review contract documents including structural and architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Provide direction and technical support to detailers, shop orders, and production teams throughout project design and development.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including other design professionals.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
