What You'll Do:

• Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for hourly and salaried employees
• Maintain payroll records, timekeeping systems, and employee data while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance
• Support recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and processing employment documentation
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and general employee inquiries
• Track attendance, PTO, leaves of absence, and employee status changes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Partner with supervisors and management to support employee relations and HR initiatives
• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR/payroll documentation as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information
• Support safety initiatives and HR programs within a manufacturing environment
• Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Coordinator or processing payroll
