Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
- Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Meet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
- 1 years of experience with technical recruiting
Salary : $50,000
