What You'll Do:
- Develop novel methods to accurately and precisely measure very small, machined parts
- Create and maintain automated, production-ready programs for dimensionally inspecting machined parts
- Accurately read and interpret drawings and CAD models
- Dimensionally inspect parts using a variety of metrology equipment including vision systems, CMM and 3D scanners
- Lead standardization and optimization of production measurement methods and techniques
- Mentor junior associates and help create internal training plan
- Perform calibration, testing, and adjustments on mechanical, electrical, and electronic instruments.
- Use precision measurement tools to ensure equipment meets required specifications.
- Document calibration results and maintain detailed records of testing and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and repair instruments when deviations or malfunctions occur.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, quality control teams, and production staff to resolve calibration issues.
- Maintain calibration tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and Integer QMS procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- B.S. Degree in engineering field or computer science or Associate degree or certification in electronics, metrology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience of programming automated metrology equipment.

- Expert knowledge of Excel including VBA Working knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g. C , Visual Basic, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar.
- Working knowledge of Minitab or similar.
- Knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
- Knowledge of SPC (Six Sigma certification helpful).
- Experience with revision-controlled documentation (e.g. ISO 9001, 13485, etc.)
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Calibration Technician).
- Strong understanding of measurement principles and calibration techniques.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as handheld measurement devices and smart scopes.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using calibration management software IndySoft.
